HK DTS LLC (“HK DTS”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This policy explains how we handle information on this website (dts.hakanketen.com): visitors, the waitlist form and contact by email.

It does not cover our products. Each product has its own privacy policy; see section 2.

This website does not use analytics, tracking cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time) for security and operation. Fonts are served from this website itself, so no third-party font service receives your IP address.

Waitlist: if you join the waitlist on this website, we store your email address, which topic you came from, your language, the time you signed up and the version of the consent text you agreed to. We use this only to tell you when a project launches. We do not send any emails yet, and we never sell or share your address. You can have it deleted at any time by writing to [email protected].

If you write to us at [email protected], we receive your email address and your message.

Web server logs are kept for up to 30 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not share the information described above with anyone, except where the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address you gave us. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 days. Use the same address to request a copy of the data we hold about you or to ask us to correct it.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete or port your data and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests through the contact address above and do not treat you differently for exercising them.

This website is a business site and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
